Academic Excellence Celebration Liturgy, Sunday, May 1, 2011, 1:30 p.m. Connelly Chapel

It is my honor and pleasure to invite you to attend the Academic Excellence Celebration Liturgy on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Our full-time faculty will march in an academic procession as will our adjunct faculty members and administrative and professional staff who wish to join them. At the end of the mass, each full-time traditional day student who has achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.75 or higher will be recognized and given an Academic Honors Certificate.

In addition to the Celebration Liturgy, the student Academic Excellence Address will be presented by Ms. Stephanie O’Grady, a senior Theology major. Ms. O’Grady was chosen by the four Division Heads from a pool of eight excellent candidates who had won the Academic Excellence Address competition on the divisional level.

We would be delighted to have you join the families and friends of these outstanding students in celebrating their academic achievements.  — Karen Walton
