The Office of Human Resources is in the process of developing a work site wellness program and your input is needed! The reason for such a program is to reinforce the choosing of a healthy lifestyle.
The first step is to gather input from as many employees as possible. Your involvement will facilitate a successful program.
In light of this, we have developed a short survey that we are asking everyone to complete. You can help by going to the HR web page and look under “Upcoming Events” and click on “Employee Wellness Interest Survey.” You can also ask your department secretary for a hard copy of the survey. All survey responses are completely anonymous.
Thank you in advance for helping us formulate our work site wellness initiative. Please submit completed surveys to Human Resources no later than Wednesday, May 11. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact one of your HR colleagues.
