NEW! On-line pay advices

University personnel now have the ability to view pay advices online. Please follow the instructions in this AD Computer DeSales University ESS registration document to enroll in the service. Note that you will need your employee number as assigned in AD Computer’s payroll system to enroll; this number is located in the upper left hand corner of your pay advice.

We encourage you to enroll as soon as possible. Beginning in January 2012, the University will no longer issue paper advices to all individuals who use direct deposit.

Holiday fundraiser through 12/15

The DSU PA Student Society will be organizing a holiday fundraiser until Thursday, December 15 to benefit the Child Advocacy Center in Allentown. The CAC is a non-profit organization established to protect child abuse victims by providing a comforting and safe setting in which they can receive legal, professional, and health services.

Their building was recently damaged by the fall snow storm, and they are in great need of our help during this holiday season!The following new items will be collected for the children at CAC: backpacks, personal hygiene products (toothbrush, soap, etc.), toys,card games, books, disposable cameras, children’s undergarments,winter hats/gloves, and socks. Boxes will be available for drop-off around campus (PA program building, library, DUC, Dooling, & McShea).

DUC parking lot will be full tomorrow, 12/14

DeSales University is hosting a large event in the DeSales University Center on this Wednesday December 14, 2011.  The DUC is the location of a Lutron Electronics Engineering Conference from 7:00 am until 4:30 pm.

We expect a total of 450 attendees. The University Center Parking Lot may be completely full by 8:00 am

University faculty, staff, and students should plan to park in the Billera, Trexler, Labuda, or McShea lots on Wednesday December 14, 2011.
