From Fr. O’Connor: Work for half day on Monday, December 24, 2012

At the request of Mr. Michael Sweetana, Treasurer of the University, I have decided to close the school on Monday, December 24 so that everyone will have time to spend lots of money to revive the sagging economy.  Please enjoy the holiday with your families and friends.  On another note, please remember the families of all who were killed by the senseless shootings in Connecticut.  We learned today that a 1989 DeSales graduate of our theatre program, Francine Lobis (Wheeler) lost her 6 year-old son, Benjamin, in this tragic event.  May our good and gracious Lord help all of us to work to bring goodness out of this terrible evil.

Merry Christmas.
