Can you help with Move-In Day on 8/25?

Fall Orientation is fast approaching and one of the best things about this event is the unity that the entire DeSales community shows to the new freshman class.  The positive feedback from students and their families about the students and staff that participate is tremendous.

Once again this year the Fall Orientation planning group would like to invite all DeSales faculty and staff to help with the move-in process on Sunday, August 25, 2013 from 8:00am – 12:00pm.  You can sign up by emailing Nick Luchko at Nicholas.luchko@desales.edu.  Please include the following:

Your Name

Your Department

Your Email

Your T-Shirt Size

Any limitations of activity? If yes, please explain.

Those who are unable to carry objects or have limited mobility, we will have other jobs such as handing out water or directing families during move in.  There is a job for everyone who wants to be involved.  You will get an official Fall Orientation t-shirt, breakfast and lunch for helping.

Those who are interested should let us know by Friday, July 26.  There will be a Fall Orientation production meeting on Thursday, August 8, 2013 in the McShea Activities Center (MAC) to go over the entire move in process.
