Telecom work requests

In trying to make a more streamlined process for moves, new hire adds and work requests, we have added an email inbox for the Telecommunications department.  If you fill out the Help Desk work requests, and email it to them, please copy Telecom as well at  This way we can be sure that the information is passed on to the departments it needs to be.

Any other requests for any work by the department can also be emailed to that address, and myself or Randy Bajan will receive the email directly and respond in a timely manner.  Please see below the list of items that you should contact Telecommunications for:

  • DSU Network cabling and connections for computers, printers, workstations
  • Telephone and voicemail issues or questions
  • Cable TV connections/access
  • Automated Attendant changes

We do not want to make things more difficult, but we want to be sure that all of the needs of the campus community are met.  Thank you for your patience while we try to improve this process.

UPDATE: Faculty and Staff parking permits

Due to the overwhelming response by Faculty and Staff on the new DeSales Parking website, our supply of the black faculty/staff permits has been depleted.  Please return to the website on or about September 11 to register your vehicle.  All faculty and staff with a sticker from the older parking system will still be valid. Thank you for your patience during this time!
