Dear DeSales Community,
We have noticed that the Internet Explorer web browser may be upgraded to its latest version as part of the automatic Windows operating system updates.
This may cause you to encounter a “browser issue” when accessing MyDSU, Outlook WebApp, or any other DeSales online application, if you’re using Internet Explorer.
You can resolve the “browser issue” or even prevent it from happening by adding “desales.edu” to your list of websites in the Compatibility View settings in Internet Explorer, as indicated in the screenshot below.
