Interested in the next Five Year Strategic Plan for DeSales?

Seeking continuous improvement in the overall DeSales experience, the University develops ongoing strategic and long-term campus planning documents.

During academic year 2013-2014, the Planning Committee began work on developing the next five year strategic plan. The committee began with an evaluation of the external forces through an environmental scan, developed four overarching goals that sought to align internal resources in a strategic manner, and debated various initiatives and responses to the challenges facing DeSales.

Continuing its work through the Fall 2014 semester, the committee has prepared a working draft of the Five Year Plan: 2015 – 2020 and it is now ready for distribution to the campus community for discussion and feedback.

To access all campus planning documents, including the current draft of the Planning Committee, login to MyDSU. Under Departments and Offices, choose Institutional Assessment and Planning.  From the left hand navigation, choose Planning or Forms and Documents

A series of campus open forums presenting the plan, will be held during February.  Check back next week for dates and times.
