Come out to watch fellow students in the Open Mic Night on Thursday 3/31 at 7:00pm in the McShea Commons.
The event brings awareness of mental illness and suicide prevention with lots of engaging activities. The program is held in remembrance of one of the PACE member’s friends who took his life following a long battle with depression. Although often stigmatized, mental illness is present in our DeSales community — and in every community — and we want people to know that THERE IS HOPE and YOU ARE LOVED. The event will include several student performers and the student band Yellow Cake.
A raffle will be held to benefit To Write Love on Arms, which works to bring awareness to mental illness and suicide prevention. Hope to see you there!!!
