  • 31% contacted the Help Desk once since December
  • 47% used email to contact the Help Desk
  • 48% are Highly Satisfied with Help Desk services
  • 38% find the Help Desk Highly improved since December
  • 75% find the Help Desk Above Average in Professionalism
  • Individuals are: 49% Staff / 24% Faculty / 25% Students
