This is a reminder that the Discussion about Diversity at DeSales is November 2 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Gambet Room 232. Please note that this is a program for faculty and staff only. Please feel free to bring lunch. We will discuss the importance of race and diversity on campus and how to start these conversations.

Staying healthy can be a confusing proposition. In the November PEP Talk, we’ll discuss how to make healthy choices a habit. Speaking of habits, we also learn why consuming high amounts of sugar can be so addictive and how substituting water for those sugary drinks can pay off BIG TIME!

DUC Lot Closing Tomorrow

DeSales is hosting a large event in the DUC on the evening of Friday, November 3, 2017. The parking lot will be closed at 2 p.m. and will remain so until 8 p.m. The lot will remain congested until 10 p.m. Overflow parking will be sent to the front lot of Billera Hall as needed.

More than 300 attendees are registered.

Friday: 4 p.m., McShea 119A. Make and Serve a meal at Victory House.
Saturday: Habitat for Humanity. Departing from the Commons at 8:20 a.m. and building from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.


Today: The “Real” You

The “Real” You PACE program will be held on Thursday, November 2  from 4-5 p.m. in McShea Danko. This program talks about what self-body image is, who YOU are as a person, and how to create and maintain a healthy self-body image.
