DeSales Well – Our Community, Your Health

Fourth Annual Wellness Fair – Thursday, February 22, 2018

Wellness is an important responsibility for all of us. Research shows that five practical lifestyle habits can have a significant impact on our health: exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, eating a healthful diet, getting preventive care, and not smoking.

DeSales cares about your health and wellness, and like you, is concerned with the cost of health care today. Our worksite wellness program plays an important role in helping us all get on the path to better health, as well as offers an opportunity to gain greater control over health care costs.

We hope you share our enthusiasm for our wellness initiatives and participate in the DeSales Fourth Annual Wellness Fair on Thursday, February 22, 2018, in the DeSales University Center. Events are scheduled from 9:00 – 4:00.

Please register at http://cvweb02.desales.edu/hrwellnessfair/. Please check each session you plan to attend including lunch. All responses are due by Thursday, February 15.

Fr. Jim, our president, encourages broad participation in this event; to that end, he directs all supervisors to allow their staff to attend as many activities as possible.

Be sure to stop by the fair and enter to win one of many great raffle prizes!

Important Reminder: Log Off Public Computers

DeSales Community:

It is important for your personal and our collective security that you log off of public computers when you have finished. Public computers include all classroom and lab computers (PCs and Macs) on DeSales’ campuses. Remember, if you are logged in, your personal information is accessible to the next person to use that computer. Many users being logged on to the same computer may also slow the computer’s performance.

Thank you for your cooperation.
