During the previous academic year, a number of students encountered Blue Screen issues while connected to the DeSales Wireless network. The Blue Screen error occurred on Windows 10 computers primarily, but not exclusively, in the Donahue, Brisson, and Chappuis Residence Halls.
We were able to determine that the issue was caused by an incompatibility between our enterprise wireless network and specific Intel wireless drivers on the client laptop. The fix to this issue is to update the Intel wireless driver on your computer. We encourage anyone that had this issue last year to update the driver immediately.
