Next Week: Quarterly Update of the Lehigh Valley Business Sentiment Index

In partnership with DeSales University, Dr. Kamran Afshar, director of the Kamran Afshar Data Analytics Center at DeSales University (KADAC), will release the October 2018 update of the Lehigh Valley Business Sentiment Index (BSI) on Thursday, November 1, at 10:00AM in the Wood/Heritage Rooms of the DeSales University Center.

Along with his students, Dr. Afshar will analyze and comment on the BSI, which is based on quarterly data collected since 1998 and reflects Lehigh Valley businesses’ survey responses around key economic and political events.  Their review and analysis of the results of the October survey will disclose local businesses’ hiring, purchasing patterns, and revenues over the last 6 months, as well as their projected expenditures, hiring plans, and revenues in the next 6 months.

All are welcome to attend.
