Christmas Giving on Campus – Operation Christmas Child

Get in the Christmas spirit by picking up a shoebox in Gambet, the DUC, Dooling or Dorothy Day, and filling it with holiday goodies for a boy or girl. Your box will journey across the globe to help bring goodwill and Christmas cheer!

Your box can be filled with simple toys, school supplies, and hygiene items. Feel free to add a Christmas note in your box and a financial donation to help with the shipping costs.

Boxes can be returned to the bins by Saturday, November 17.

Faculty/Staff Reminder: Open Enrollment Begins Today!

To All Full-time Benefits Eligible Employees:

The Office of Human Resources will be kicking off the annual open enrollment for employee benefits on Wednesday, November 14 in the Trexler Room of the University Center from 9AM to 4PM.  Representatives from Highmark and Benecon (the University’s benefits consultant) will be present with the Human Resources staff to address questions and issues related to our benefits offerings.  All employees are required to complete the online open enrollment process to re-enroll in benefits, waive benefits, make changes to existing benefits, or enroll in benefits for the first time. Open enrollment documents and important literature on our benefit programs will be available at the open enrollment fair and will be available on the MyDSU website under the Human Resources page starting on November 14, 2018.

2019 Open Enrollment Guide

The open enrollment period for benefits ends on November 30, 2018.  All elections or changes must be made by that date to become effective January 1, 2019.  No exceptions can be made to the enrollment end date.
