If it’s a classroom emergency, a DEIT staff member will be immediately dispatched to the classroom. If it’s a straightforward technical how-to question, the Help Desk staff can provide immediate guidance. If it’s something more involved, the Help Desk will escalate the issue to DEIT or IT as appropriate.
