Join us all week long in honor of the Feast of St. Francis de Sales January 21-24!

Pay special attention to the menus all week for a chance to win one of these prizes:

Details: Every meal this week, Monday-Thursday, there will be at least one special item on the menu in honor of the Feast of St. Francis DeSales. Keep track of them and submit your guesses of which items were the specials between 1/25 – 1/31 via our Snapchat: dsudining ! The top three students who get the most correct will win one of the three prizes! Winners will be announced and contacted on February 1st!

Sign Language Workshop, Dorothy Day Student Union—Kender Room
As St. Francis de Sales is the patron of the deaf, come and learn a few important words and prayers using English Sign Language (ESL).

3:30PM
University Mass, DUC, Commonwealth Room
Pray with the University community at the Eucharist.

4:45PM
Reception, DUC, White Pavillion
Following mass, faculty and staff enjoy refreshments in the DUC.
Students dine on some French cuisine offerings in the Dining Center.

6PM
Lecture and Exhibit: Salesian Artist Anne Goetze, DUC, Commonwealth Room
Anne Goetze will discuss her travels to Annecy, France, the home of St. Francis de Sales, and how the beauty of his land inspired her.  Special featured guests are residents of Annecy Hall. Lecture sponsored by Salesian Center for Faith and Culture.

Laugh and learn some fun and quirky facts about Francis, Jane, and the Oblates who share their spirit here at DSU.

Looking to lead others? Gain valuable life skills? Be part of the biggest network on campus?

Applications to become a Character U peer mentor are now available and will be due February 1. You can find applications on ENGAGE or in the DeSales Experience Office in the Day Union.

Prepare for the Career Fair

Wednesday, January 30, the Career Development Center will be hosting a Career Fair Prep session in the DUC Hurd Room from 5PM-6PM.

Join us for our prep session to get a confidence boost for the upcoming Health and Wellness Expo! You will receive advice on how to approach employers, how to dress, and how to research the attending companies.

Open to all years and majors.
