The senior Sport & Exercise Physiology majors are looking for volunteer fitness and lifestyle modification clients for their capstone projects. Volunteers will meet with our seniors 3-10 times between February 15 and the end of March. All ages, all fitness levels, all goals are welcome. It will be completely individualized to your needs and goals. You will schedule individualized meeting times that fit your schedule and the students’ schedule.
Our students are prepared to address issues like:
- Strategies for lifestyle change
- General or specific fitness goals
- Exercise programs for prevention or management of stable health conditions like hypertension, osteoporosis prevention, and others
- Or just join for a few new fun workout ideas and personal training
