DeSales University Recycling Contamination

Currently, DeSales University is experiencing high levels of trash in our recycling.  When non-recyclable items (contamination) end up in our recycling, they have the potential to turn the entire load into trash, sending otherwise recyclable materials to the landfill and resulting in additional disposal costs that are passed along to the University.  Recycle all empty bottles, cans, paper, and cardboard. Please take EXTRA care to keep all plastic bags, food, and liquids out of the recycling bins and dumpsters. Thank you for your cooperation.
