Voicemail System – User Action to be Taken

As you are well aware, we had a crash and recovery of the voicemail system over the past week.  Although most items a have been recovered, some of the programming features on many extensions may have been lost.  There are 2 items that seem to need the most attention:

  1. Unified Messaging (Voicemail to email) accounts have been lost.
    • Please contact telecom@desales.edu with your name, extension and email address.  We will enable this for you.
  1. Message light is on and there are no messages
    • Please contact telecom@deales.edu with your extension and we will reset the indicator light on your phone.
