Faculty/Staff: FREE Yoga and Zumba Classes this Spring

Happy New Year!  What better way to start off the new year than by eating healthy, getting fit, and exercising.  Classes are free to all employees.

  • Yoga with Nan will continue on Mondays and Thursdays at noon in Billera Gym.
  • PM Yoga with Kathy will continue on Mondays at 5PM in the DUC. We will begin at 5:05PM so everyone can get set. Bring a mat and dress workout comfortable!
    • Beginning Monday, January 20
    • And the following dates:  1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/2, 3/9, no class 3/16, 3/23, 3/30
  • PM Zumba with Sam will continue Wednesdays at 5PM in the DUC.
    • Beginning Wednesday, January 22
    • And the following dates: 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/4, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6
  • New this semester is Chair Yoga with Kathy on Tuesdays at noon in the DUC
    Come as you are for this relaxing session (12:10PM-12:45PM) with time left after to eat lunch.
