Join us at the DUC this Wednesday, March 16 in our efforts to go green. Dining Services will be promoting ways to go green and live a healthier life style. The Dietitian will be in the DUC during lunch to promote a green diet. Try sautéed Brussels sprouts and a delicious blend of other green vegetables that support a healthy and nutritious diet.
Help support DSU dining services to become a more environmentally friendly campus by using the NEW eco-containers for your salads or to-go meals. Just remember to bring them back so they can be rewashed and reused – this will significantly cut back on the amount of Styrofoam we use.
Come by and check out our new recycling banner above the dish room to help remind us that it is always important to recycle whenever possible and be conscious about what we are disposing of. We need your support to make DSU more environmentally friendly. And remember, green rocks!
