Trexler Library has a free trial of the Alexander Street Press Academic Video collection available at :
The collection includes more than 26,000 videos in a wide range of disciplines, and it allows embedding of video links in Blackboard etc. Many videos include a complete text transcript.
We are considering replacing our Films on Demand database with the Alexander Street Press video collection for next year. Your comments on this new database are important to us. Please email Debbie Malone at firstname.lastname@example.org with your thoughts on the usefulness of this collection.
Trexler Library will close at 10pm Sunday through Thursday during the week of Jan 13-19. Our Evening Circulation Supervisor is going back to graduate school, and we are in the process of finding her replacement.
Our regular hours will resume on Jan. 20 and we will be open until midnight Monday through Thursday but Sundays we will close at 10pm.
Once we have a new Evening Circulation Supervisor, the library will be open until 1pm Sunday through Thursday. We will let you know when we are ready to provide the extended time.

Already stressed out by the baking, the shopping and all the pre-Christmas parties? Give yourself a true Christmas gift: the time to reflect, and to ponder, and to be renewed by the incredible Christmas story as given in the Scriptures.
Come to Trexler Library at 12:00pm on Monday, December 9, and spend a quiet half hour gently absorbing inner peace and joy as we use music, and readings, and video to beautifully unfold this story.
Sr. John Marie will lead us in the Christmas journey.
You can’t make it at 12:00pm? The same presentation will take place at 4:00pm.
