Big Night for DSU Hoops

It will be a big night for DeSales University basketball tonight. Both the men’s and women’s teams begin Freedom Conference postseason play Wednesday night.

The top seeded men’s team will take on fourth-seeded FDU-Florham at Billera Hall at 7 p.m. The 20-5 Bulldogs are 12-2 within Freedom Conference play and hope to build on their two regular season wins over FDU-Florham. The game is free for DeSales students with a valid ID card. The team is hoping for a big crowd as the Bulldogs are looking to win their third conference title, which carries along with it, a bid in the NCAA tournament. If you are unable to make it out to the game and stuck inside studying, procrastinate a bit and watch the online feed here.

The Lady Bulldogs will battle with second-seeded King’s College at King’s also at 7 p.m. The women are hoping to claim their seventh conference title and the journey begins tonight. The two teams split the season series, surely making for an interesting game tonight. This game can be viewed via live feed on the King’s College athletics page.
