U.S. State Department Scott Dean – Nuclear Arms Control

On Monday, October 22, Scott Dean from the U.S. State Department spoke at DeSales University on the topic of “The Process of Nuclear Arms Control.”  Dean has more than 30 years of experience with the State Department.  He now works as a civil servant on nuclear arms control, particularly to prepare for future U.S.-Russian nuclear arms control agreements in the wake of the 2011 U.S.-Russian New START treaty.
